FedEx is the single worst shipper in the entire US.

Fedex sucks on more than one occasion, latest one being last week, I sit at home and watch the status of my package go from out for delivery to customer didnt answer the door while I'm sitting in my house waiting for the bell to ring. Then instead of waiting for the exact situation to play out the next day I just request to pick it up at a FedEx location, fine. I request a location that is like 2 miles away. When I get the pickup confirmation it is for a Manhattan address near 35th and Broadway. ....... Last place you want to try and Park to hop out and get a package.

Hate hate hate fedex. Never fails. This has played out this way almost Everytime a seller ships via FedEx to my address

I only use UPS for anything. We alwas have the same USPS delivery man, my dog hates him but he's a really nice guy :DFedex is ok ime but USPS is just terrible!
 
My usps has all old Asian women. They left notes on my door without knocking saying I missed delivery and the comment said "very heavy." So I called and they had me reschedule. And the same lady knocked on my door and said " I wrote here see 'package very heavy' you have to go pick it up." She scratched out the original place it said to pick up and wrote a city over. I go there nothing, they say go to the one close to me, finally it's there. 2 separate packages, 1 is 25 lbs and the other is 50lbs that arrived the same day from different shippers. They refused to deliver to my door because the packages were to heavy, apparently 25lbs couldn't get delivered? Why do I pay for shipping when I have to go pick it up regardless? And the shippers didn't tell me anything because it should have been delivered, they need some stronger drivers I swear

Now fed ex isnt delivering it. They have a thing called smart post, in which usps finishes the delivery.

It went from FL to town A (beside me, normal fed ex delivery center) to town B ( 45min down rd, different state even) to the post office in town C (town I live in).
Most retarded thing ever.
 
I almost never buy things online and never sell things that need to be shipped so I never had any issues with ups or FedEx the few times I've used them

Don't recall ever having issues with usps either
 
I often have the shipper write all my phone numbers on important boxes. Here, drivers will call if a problem arises delivering packages indicating to "deliver by specific day/time".
 
Usps ended up delivering it on a sunday. Fed Ex did deliver a package at 11pm or later last night. WTF?!? Nice to have my plant but it was outside all night. Been having break ins around here too....
 
Odd... Every time I order fish it always comes the next day and its always right at 10:30 am sometimes even earlier. My local driver is a good guy too. I always leave a tote out side and he puts the fish in there for me. I work right down the road so if its cold I rush home to get the package. Maybe I'm just lucky.

I hate SmartPost, if I see that a company uses it, I will go elsewhere. Stopped buying from Foster & Smith because of that...
