I have an approx 3-4" Wyckii that I am thinking about selling so I am gauging interest, very rare and in perfect condition. I will post within the uk, if your interested I will look into the cost. As most of you probably know these get large and are known as being aggressive.

Only reason for sale is that I am getting an ATF in the near future and they are not compatible.

Serious offers only please, I might trade for an GATF or VATF if it's in good shape.

the pics added are about a month old and in the quarantine tank, he looks even better now, I will get him out and get some really clear ones if necessary.

Thanks for looking.

aaarh such a cute future murderer!-)

yeah thats where im at, currently my wyckii is 15 inch with tankmates in my 300... there will be a time when i will have to make the decision!

Looks like Hemibagrus wyckioides (Asian redtail) to me. The white maxillary barbels and rounded dorsal are not typical of Wyckii.
Its not the clearest of pics to be fair......could be wrong, its not often you see Wyckii so small.

Good luck with the sale.

Fairly sure it's a Wyckii, it was really faded in the quarantine tank and has turned darker now and it has started to get the white coming threw on top of his tail. I'm gonna keep it and grow it out for a bit anyway so we shall see when it gets a few inches biggest, I was just seeing if there was interest to be honest

That sounds like a plan.

Like I said I'm not 100% on the id but from what I can see it looks Asian redtail.

Post an update in a few weeks, would be nice to know.
