I am planning a large build in the area of 12ftx4ftx4ft and was wondering which would be cheaper concrete or plywood and important pros and cons etc
Thank you

I would go Concrete any day of the week. I myselfe have a 1200 gallon plywood and happy about it, but i would go concrete if i did it again. The cost of my tank was 7000$ with everything. Concrete seems easyer and more durable.

If you own the place and have no problem with where u put it, go with concrete.

Really? I wouldn't have thought so...

So its easier to setup forms, all the rebar, any anchoring and to pour your build than it is to just fashion from wood in the first place? I would have thought that just the concrete forms would be as much effort as building it from wood....

Good thread. Should have a thread with all the cement and all the plywood builds in them for reference.
