How long will a 7x2x2 last a black aro? Bought at 3"?

Back in the 80s before I had internet so had no way of finding out what was right or wrong

I kept a black aro in a 6x2x2 for 7 years I know it was wrong now but it seemed happy

No black stay smaller than silver

Silvers over 3ft
Black around 30"

Has anyone got a picture of a black aro over 30"

I must admit I haven't kept up with the upkeep of a black aro
