I've liked the Giants as far back as I can remember. Allie Sherman was the head coach when I was a kid. Them and the Yankees were always on the TV or the Radio. Around the Time the Dolphins had the perfect season with Don Schula as the coach the great Larry Czonka and Mercury Morris in the back field and the No Name Defence with Nick Bonaconti cought my attention and I'v been a fan ever since. I sat through some pertty crappy seasons since the perfect season so I've erned the right to like them. One team is in the NFC East the other is in the AFC South so no conflict unless they meet in the super bowl (I should live so long). If that day ever comes I'll be waering my #89 Mark Bavaro jersey and rooting for the New Jersey GIANTS!

Bavaro used to pi$$ed me off when he used to drag our DB's down the field. The battles between him and Romanowski were priceless.
 
He was a bull, my favorite TE of all time. Those match ups were great. Do you remember the Monday night game back in 85 against the 49ers where he carry about 5 players on his back for a 1st down! It was incredable, he catches the ball gets wrapped up by the safety and 4 other players and rumbles for another 5 yards to get the 1st down and "Big Blue" goes down field to score "Simms to McConky" oh yeah!

Heck ya, I remember! That was the same game LT and John Frank were going at it. Classic stuff.

When we used to have Techmo Bowl Tournaments, I would use NYG and Bavaro couldn't be tackled! (yes, we were gaming football nerds back then!)
