Kelberi Growout Update

they are getting bigger and so far I am very happy with their amount of spangles. They are still kind of skittish when I am around the tank. These kelberis are the most docile kelberi I have ever owned. They don't chase after each other like most kelberis.

i would say not all kels are skittish. My wc Cearra is not skittish. It will follow me around for food. I would think Bahias would not be as skittish since most are CB. They should be used to aquarium environment by now. I am hoping once they hit 12" they would b less skittish.

I have 7. Two were sold as bahias and 5 were sold as rio Araguia. Could this possibly be a cross breed of Bahia and some random WC bass?

they are around 9-10" and about 10 months old. I got them at 2". My cearra kelberi had spangles at 8". I like the spangles. :-) shouldn't most bass develop spangles at 8"?
