Please kindly ID Cichlids. Is it a Pterochromis congicus?

It's hard to tell, the spot on the opercle is consistent with the species but other tilapines have it too.

If you found it at a local store - common tilapia.

Well, just looking at the mouth structure, you can tell your fish are not Pterochromis.

A shipment from the congo, at your LFS ?

Those are just common Tilapias.
