You can't, the front is crazed, big time. You can't feel it on either side, it's on the inside of the acrylic. If that's all it needed, it would have been here 4 weeks ago :)

Got the 300 on Sat, took over 2 hours to get it loaded with 4 guys and a lady. Got it home, cleaned it up, added rocks, plants and then water. Filled it up, let it sit for about hour, didn't see any leaks. Another hour went buy, went underneath to plug in the light and my hand got wet. I thought maybe I dropped some water from the siphon. So I let my stay there for a few seconds and then...drip....drip....drip. I quickly drained the tank. There was 5 inches of water left but it wasn't leaking. So I thought maybe one of the sides were leaking. So then I slowly filled it up, stopping every 4" or so and no leaks, until it got to the top. Then in the same spot it was wet again. This time I drained it completely, move the gravel to the left side and noticed a big crack on the bottom pane. I can see where the original crack was which was patched with a big piece of glass. I'm assuming during the move it got stressed and spread to the other side, which the tank is 24" wide. So I then cleaned the area, got it dry, all sand and gravel removed. Called Jack's Glass and ordered to sheet of glass. One for inside the tank and one for the outside for the bottom. I got 1/4" thick. Last night I siliconed the glass in place, but first I watched a few YouTube videos on sealing it. Before the glass sheets were set it, I used Aqueon Aquarium Silicone to put a bead down on all the cracks and then several beads every so many inches away and then all around the edges of the glass. I did this inside and outside. Then I put a small space heater inside the tank to help cure it. Tonight I will attempt to fill it, hope it works well because I need these fish in a tank ASAP.

don't do it man !! let the silicone dry for more than 36 hours !! believe me you don't want to lose your money !!

i had problem just like that in 150g tank !! put a peace of glass 1cm thick and wait for the silicone to dray for about 20 hours but when i filled it up it's get leaking again !!

I wouldn't rush it. It would be terrible to go through all of that just to have the repair fail. If it were mine i would probably wait a couple days but thats just me.

I decided to wait one more day. But that's about it, I need to get these fish out of the 40 gallon, 35 and tote soon.. I got a few fish that got beat up pretty bad so I'm constantly moving fish around, just added 6 more fish to the 220.
