ive never seen one that big . biggest ive seen is like 12 maybe. im sure they take years to get that big. I have one in my 125 and it only grew like 3 inches in a year

I dont recommend a black ghost knife with the flowerhorn. Flowerhorns become very aggressive when they get larger. They normally will not tolerate any other fish in their tank when older. Some people get lucky and make it work but they normally have a big tank and plenty of territory. But a 56 is quite small so I do not think it would work out. But that thai silk is nice. Get him feeding on some healthy foods and do 25% water changes twice a week and he should grow quick and look amazing. Good luck too you
