I appreciate all the feedback. I'm still laughing over the RTC comment. They might seem insignificant compared to the monster you guys are putting up but zebra danios eat practically anything I put in my tank. Or, at least, try to eat it anyway. It's so annoying at feeding time for the fish that need sinking good and veggies. They can't get near it till the danios are done.

Most catfish won't eat things like chunks of celery, veggies, etc. Goldfish simply don't have a big enough mouth for what you're talking about.


There are two TRUE "PERFECT FITS" here - and only two, that I can realistically think of: Pacu, and Giant Gourami.

My danios used to steal goldfish pellets out of my goldfish's mouth... the pellets were the same size as their heads but they still ate them...
