ouuhh, cool and a quite big tank for a pair of lobsters. i kept my Australian Red-claw Crayfish pair in a 10g a few yrs ago and they spawned but at tht time i was still a newbie, they didnt make it.its electric blue lobster ( Australian )

don't know really the shrimp pellets overhere doesn't sinks !!
i tried the rice doesn't work probably!! its like the Dough in the tank make the water white !! had to clean after it !!
i will try that crushed floating pellets meybe its gonna work !! but after all i didn't see them eating anytime the tank is big and they are great hiders ... don't know the tank will be that big for them and for the babys its a 250l ( 66g ) but i inted to keep those guys the young one
and they are the same species red claw and the electric blue are the same just many names for them !! and in the fact your male look exactly like my female and they are in the same size !! and are you sure its a male ??!! look like a female to me

females can have a big claws its not the perfect way to decide just get him over and turn it !! look at the organs the male will have two holes as the base of the first pair of legs, looking from the tail forwards. the females have them on the third pair of legs !! thats the correct way to tell the sex of a lobster

my female is about 3-4" but its gonna molt soon so she's gonna be more than 4"
