Great looking jags. Both of mine look like the first pic of the female most of the time. They do however have a lot of spotting on the face and lower jaw area, expecially the larger one. The larger jag is starting to develope more spotting on the rest of its body, but from looking at your pics I'm guessing I have two females. Hopefully time will prove differently.

2/2/14...
weekends they seem to have a growth spurt due to me being off work and able to feed more often...gave them some tilapia today....biggest one seems over 1.5 inches.....

Your jag looks very good and has had excellent growth.... as I said before when well cared for i believe our fish in our tanks may grow faster / bigger at least in the first year that they do on the wild....seeing how small they start out as has made me appreciate how much growth occurs....
