Armatus and Aimara

Thanks. I tried to get a new video of them eating but they're on a hunger strike again.
Your armatus is looking huge, you need to post some new pics up of that monster!

I was able to measure the aimara when he was laying right next to the side of the tank and he was 26". I haven't measured the armatus but when they're next to each other they look to be the same size.

I go to ranch 99 to buy their food. With my armatus it's not messy because he swallows the food whole and he doesn't seem to create a lot of waste. It's the aimara who makes a mess because he seems to like to bite it in half before he swallows it.

I go there also. I get the sardines, mackeral and goby fish. I will check those shad and croakers next time I'm there. Never thought about the squid.
 
Very Nice specimen......You probably said in your other thread but I will ask in this one, do you know the age of each specimen.
