Want to start a new Rescue

My wife and I have been noticing how many rescues there are nowadays and it makes you laugh. A lot of them are people looking for expensive pets for free or cheap. Some may keep them but most probably resell for a profit. Now there is nothing wrong with making money but lets not call it a rescue. Now here is where it gets good my wife and I have decided to start a money rescue. We will take in any unwanted, abused or surplus money so it can have a fore ever home. Let me know what you think and if it will work LOL.
 
we call lots of things by the wrong name to justify what we want to do. like buying a fish and calling it a rescue when what they're actually doing is creating a demand. save one and damn dozens.
good luck with your vocabulary lesson, but I can tell you from decades of experience, it won't work.

as far as the money, why bother? never spending it is the same as not having it, so why bother?

I see the "We will take your unwanted fish, any size or breed" ads often also, they always seem to have the picture as a rare exotic, as if that will persuade people to give them expensive fish lol.
 
Gill our plan is to use the intrest off of the rescued money not the rescued money it self. The way I look at it if the government gives us their abused money we'll have billions of dollars to play with.
 
sorry, that won't work. you need to give the money to someone else to earn interest on it. and they in turn give it to someone else. you said you were providing it with a forever home, not shipping it all over town.
 
We are keeping the original rescued money. We are just moving the offspring from the rescued money. See our rescue will be ligit.
 
You sure are a stickler for details are you with the IRS. It will be in bank account in our name so in other words own. Now at my bank that means I will probably get .0005 percent intrest annually so over population will not be a problem. There will be no need to spay and neuter the money when we get it.
 
sorry, if it's in a bank account, you don't have the money. you've given it to someone else to care for. hardly what one would expect from a forever home.
 
Ya after looking this over and your input Gil I now see this can never work. After all who will give me 3 dollars for a rescued 1 dollar. Man it looked so good on paper who invented reality.
