What do you ugys keep your temp at for rays?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
T1 they were breathing very heavy and spending a lot of time buried. They didn't feed very well either.

After reading what temp everyone keeps

I dropped mine down to 81 for 2 days and found the same as you without the heavy breathing
As mine didn't feed as well

I think it must be what they are used to that affects them much like with ph

I put my temp back to normal today 85-86 and they fed as normal still no heavy breathing

I would assume that if they're used to a certain something and all is working well, that its best to keep it that way. I assumed that it was temp that was causing heavy breathing etc because it straightened out immediately after.

79 to 82 depending on time of day and water change which happns twice a day. I struggle to get it above 83 with out spending a shed load on electric.
