15 yard penalty for dropping the N word on the field with other slurs likely to be added. Im fine with this but it should be a fine, not yards and 1st down....and now youre on the clock again about the redskin name. Cant ban slurs while having a team named after one. Just my opinion

That's silly for something that doesn't affect the game. If they are trying to turn all the players into polite people at least do it for 5 yards....15 is way too much.

Thats why i rather they hit them in the pocket book. Start low and progress with the fines. Personally i think its stupid but its a respond to the incognito/martin/dolphins locker room drama shining a light on the locker room culture.
