They MIGHT eat a couple leaves here and there just board but overall they are carnivores and won't do harm to your plants. Here is a planted cichlid tank....View attachment 992844
I look into them, more so I'll look into accounts of them/similar cichlids with plants with more detail.

Twig cats can be very sensitive to certain water conditions, and must have proper food to survive.
Ahhh

Definitely dont add silver dollars to a planted tank. SD will likely eat all vegitation quickly. Also cichlids in planted tanks is usually risky ime, they can make a huge mess. Wolf fish is a good one and if you cant keep piranha, exodons are smaller but feed similar and love planted tanks
I know SD are a no no with plants lol. Cichlids are nice but then again, not as unique as a lot of other cool fish. I was looking into Exodons yesterday, those seem perfect!

Rd pair? Im pretty sure his tank is empty of fish ATM. And besides a pair of red devils will shred his plants. Dont take this the wrong way but pump the brakes ferrari. Focus a bit less on posting as quickly as you can and work on the quality of posts. Im not trying to derail, but you seem to just be throwing out whatever for fish with little to no concern for the OP's needs.

Rd is not red devil the way I am using i, it is red festae and those will not harm the plants other than a couple leaves here and there.(Wait, I just relized that it would have to be rf!

Festae are often refered to using the common name Red Terror so you would use RT.
