god damn =_= all I can say I feel bad for these flowerhorns man =_= they look like they been injected with many boost serum and steroids.
Oh stop. The fish look fine. They appears to be very healthy. Both stunners. Very nice!! Genes are what create a big kok like that. Not hormones.

Mine are just as nice with no hormones whatsoever. I got him at 4" and he's 9.5-10" now. He's never had a single steroid. I am a little more educated on these fish than you probably are. Some bad breeders will use steroids which I don't condone, but at the end of the day it's all about genetics. This guy has been given quality food with a clean environment and he has bloomed. If you would like any more education from me, just ask. I'd be happy to oblige, but please stop going around to every FH post ranting about steroids(this isn't the first one), before you do your research. I understand steroids are out there, but do understand they can have a big kok without "enhancements"

Your flowerhorn look really nice and the kok matches its body cause I can tell you take really good care of it. But the flowerhorn posted on the first post look like a steroid kok its too big foe its own body.
There is the possibility, but I doubt it. OP's second fish is comp grade. Some just have the "gene" to achieve a kok like that. An srd like that is highly sought after in the Thailand game or breeding.
