Male or Female Electric Blue Hap?

Okay so i picked up these two blue haps at the lfs today hoping that they are females...i have a nice male in this tank but i had to put a divider up so he didnt overly stress them out while theyre still settling in. Theyre about 3 inches and i really hope they are female and not sub dom. males... What do you guys think?

The top pic looks a "Phenochilus more than an Ahli...

at this size I think both are male. it might take a little growth to find out for sure especially if they have had any hormones.

Ahh shoot. Ugh ive been on the hunt for female blue haps for months now, finally thought i struck gold! Back to the fish store... Haha thank you though

Like I said, it might take a little growth to tell for sure.
but the first one is not the right shape.
the 2nd seems Ahli but not a good shot to tell.

females usually have a broader band of red on the top of their dorsal spines.
compared to the white band with slight red tips in a males dorsal
