140Gal Catfish Cummunity?

I've been debating with my self what to stock my 140g with, i kinda though Bichirs, but i'd like to wait a little with that, so i'm thinking kind of like a catfish cummunity tank, or just a single cool catfish.
If anyone has some ideas of the stocking list of a catfish cummunity tank (Footprint: 160 x 55 x 60cm) or just a single catfish. I'm not looking for anything bigger than 35cm as an abselute max

Any ideas on stocking is welcome, as long is its max size is around 35cm, maybe a little larger if its inactive !

For those of us in the US those dimensions are roughly 62" x 21" x 23". Lots of cool cats you could do in a tank those dimensions. Bolt catfish are nice (aguarunichthys torosus), so are jaguars, striped raphs, and many more.
Here are some ideas I think would look awesome.

1) about 5 or 6 Gulpers.
2) assorted cats including the ones in the above paragraph.
3 (what I'd do)) bullhead community, but that's because I love us natives, where as you may like Denmark natives.

Giant bumblebee p. Bonifus
Eclipse cat
Bolt cat
Gulper are cool ( by itself)

Denmark dosnt have any catfish, atleast i dont think so. We used to have wels catfish, but they will get to big ! Ill read up on the ideas. Open for more ideas.

I will. I liked all your ideas, except the jaguar, ive heard they hide ALOT. Do you have personal expirience with them?

Can you give me some more information on the bullheads, i though they got to 20inches.

Hi Karl,

if you want to consider a group of catfish, I would recommend 7 Sorubim elongatus (stay at 10-12" but are pratically identical to S. lima that reach 20-24") of Pimelodus pictus
