^^^^^ Good Man T.F.G. ^^^^^ Herniated disk is no joke It sucks when there is something You know You COULD pick up and move but if You do,,, You might be out of work for a month. Good luck. Take care of Your back.

Just a heads up....IF You have to go with pro movers,I would strongly suggest taking out the optional extra insurance option...If something were to happen they could only be responsible for however many CENTS (used to be 70 cents probably hasn't increased much)per pound on the damaged item. That won't add up.

Aww dang. Herniated discs are no joke. Disregard my comment then. You may be able to move everything with a dolly then. Remember....always lift with the knees. Take your back out of the equation. Lol. ;)

Get a U hall truck that comes with ramp for $19.95 and rent a couple of dolly's empty all the sand and get a buddy to help you out for a couple of hours and you should be able to do it.do not forget to take dolly's out from under tank when driving,or you will have a lot of broken glass.Home depot rents trucks cheap, make sure the one you get has ramp

That's an awesome idea!:) Unless the folks that show up are axe-murderer's...who cornhole you first...then slit your throat! Got to be really careful who you let into your home.

But...a modification of the idea could be to contact a local aquarium club...and see how they could help out. Hopefully the average individual in this group would be much more trustworthy & honest.:)

Maybe your area is full of psychotic people lol! Every person I met up with for filters, tanks, sumps, etc have all been real down to earth people who make an honest living whose a joy to talk too. I'm sure there some crazy people out there but its highly and I mean highly unlikely. I havent had one negative experience from meeting someone up on craigslist and dont think I would ever at lest in my area lol and I meet someone on craigs weekly for tanks, filters, or car parts.

But then again I do understand that no one can be trusted thats why I have a concealed carry so if anything does get out of hand i'll quickly defuse the situation and part ways.

Wow wow .....what are we moving here a 90 gallon tank or Georgia Aquarium...:);)......

He has some medical conditions that prevent him from doing so!!! Back injuries are no joke!!

I have a herniated disk and messed up my back moving two 40s last night. Wife's 13 weeks preggo so prolly not the best idea for her to help me move the tanks upstairs. If I could move them myself I would have already done it lol.
