Damn,so how did it all turn out,was the lawyer able to keep him from being placed on the registry?
 
Ya they had 4 charges but one was indecent exposure and they wanted to get him with a felony and would have required him to register. A 21 year old college student could have his life ruined if he didnt have a good lawyer
 
Yep,that's why it's one of the professions that I try to encourage my son to consider.Get paid lots and lots of money to speak up for someone else.

No not really.I've seen bits of of it here and there and people at work sure can't shut up about it.
 
I know we are getting way off topic but yes my cousin ended up with a deal and didnt get charged.

Last time I hired a lawyer it was 20,000 for the retainer and after it was done I saw that he billed me for 17 hrs "research" plus 2 court appearances. Not too bad I guess for a half weeks work. Last time I saw him he was in a new porsche and I asked if I bought him that 1

Slight chuckle and quick change of subject. Anyone with the brain and tenacity to get through law school should try to be a lawyer. They have it made.
