Saw is considered low budget? The budget for Saw I was $1.2 million, and the budget for Saw VII was around $20 million... When I think of a low budget horror film, my first thought is The Evil Dead, which was filmed on a budget of $350k.

I agree with that. My first thought for low budget is Blair witch project
 
Yeah Blair Witch is about as low budget as it gets,and it was good but I can't say the same about the sequel lol...I watched Occulus last night.It was about this ornately crafted,haunted wall mirror and it was boring.

just finished antichrist. that first 5 min made me feel weird. it was a dark and boring movie though. a couple of cool cringing gore scenes though
