Getting Shy Grammodes to eat

I've had my male grammode for around 2 years now. He's grown from around 2" to just under the 8" mark. Hardly ever see him eat. IME Grammodes are fine with much larger tankmates but anything in smaller than the Grammode and its a goner =(

I decided to move the grammodes from the big tank to a smaller one. Of the two i netted so far one of them is looking really bad and I dont expect him to make it very long. The other two look like they will be alright.
