Wonder how good Blackfish is ... his introduction, small as it was, made him seem pretty badarsed.
Why do you need grrm? Hes given you the structure (theres alot of details in the book but plenty of wiggle room). Unless he intends to write a prequel set of books i dont see why not. He could be on stand by as a consultant.

He was a Targaryean Great Bastard who after the death of his father fought with other potential successors to be king, known as the blaclfyre rebellion I don't think he became king though read about him a while ago. Don't think he had a dragon either has some Great Bastards did manage to tame dragons
So imagine a Targaryean version of Jon snow except with his own army of supporters

Just so you guys know there are some novellas about before the events in the show, one is called Legends and another Warriors as well as a couple upcoming ones called the she wolves if winter fell and Dunk and Egg (about Duncan the Tall, he's mentioned by joffrey when reading the book of brothers where he insults Jamie on his page being so empty)

holy crap, you readers weren't kidding about more plot surprises. I nearly crapped myself when little finger and lady Arryn revealed their secret! they killed jon arryn. MAN O MAN that was a shocker. that baylish is a snake man, a freakin snake in the grass. and now they have sansa! lady arryn is a nut case! she was getting some side action with baylish and they killed jon arryn, framed tyrion now for joffrey's death and they want her to marry lady arryn's son, robin lol. sansa just can't catch a damn break
interesting how cersei now wants Margery to get with Tommon.
still love the hound/arya story. lol @ hound making fun of arya's dance instructor who got killed by that one dude that fights for the lannister. how can arya still want to kill the hound? she owes him her life. it will be interesting to see what happens when/if they get to the vale
i'm glad they are done with the craster place. the traitor crows are dead, they got ghost and summer back and bran is on his way again.
AND HODOR!!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!! I knew bran was gonna start using hodor and he killed that guy that chopped off Jaime's hand. OH it was glorious!!!!!!!!!! that was my fav part of the episode.
