What kind of rays did you have????

What where the circumstances surrounding this? Was the ray startled? Wolf messing with it? Would love to know more........

I have a one eyed Gar here. Bought from a LFS. They had it in such a small tank I never saw it turn around. I thought I scored big when I walked out of there with a jet black gar for $50. Joke was on me. Got it home and put it in my tank and while it made it's first lap it showed me the side I never saw, the side with one eye. What was even worse is that it colored up like a normal Gar when removed from the LFS's crap water.

I still love the guy, his name is Jerry GAR-cia.......

i had 2 motoros and a orb. all i recall is the wolf fish swimming and placing itself ontop of the ray.

Bad news..... The hoplias died. it was just over 20 inches in length.

Yeah, I had him for a while aswell and it was hard losing him but it was one of the best wolves i've ever kept.
