Wait, why is that funny? I don't get it. Either it is a terrible food for fish or is it something we should all have already heard about? I personally have never heard of it, but I don't really order fish food online so i don't see all the different brands that exist.

I would feed omega one and nls instead of cobalt. salmon maybe first but yeast and soybean meal are the next two ingredients.

hikari cichlid gold/bio-gold+ , it really enhance the color of my cichlids

Currently using hikari staple and hikari gold but will be switching to omega one tge first few ingredients are whole fish

New Life Spectrum is all you need. I've fed it exclusively for over 5 years to all my fish and they are all thriving..
