Water marks that WILL NOT come off???

Does anybody know why these water streaks are not coming off with anything I try??? Anybody have similar problems, or solutions??

Any specific kind of vinegar? I've Tried windex, goof off, all kinds of things...and no luck.

If it's glass, vinegar and a razor blade. Worst case you can polish it off with ceridium oxide powder.

If you tried a razor blade/water? and if it didnt work no amount of vinegar will work. Your best bet is oxalic acid. If a sharp razor cant get it off then its etched into the glass thus staining it. You need to buff it off with some sort of jewelers stone if its etched as in sanding the glass down and polishing it essentially.
