can't really keep delving into that, it's too painful for me.
 
Sorry I can't pile on the young man until I know more of what lead to those rants. You clearly know more about him then i do. I'll make my own judgement call when I know more about him. Seems pretty fair

Exactly what I was thinking, he's another casualty of a society that makes young people think that if your not a "popular" kid you are nothing. Which by the rate at which high school/college kids are committing suicide nowadays, is affecting a LOT of kids.

The people turned out by a society reflect the society itself. Yeah, there is a chance that he was just too twisted in the head to fix but usually people like that are weeded out early on because their whole lives they do messed up things. Serial killers torturing animals when young for instance. From what I've read so far he didn't do anything like that. So if you consider him NOT as a broken thing and as another human being put down by the standards of our society, this is simply sad. Obviously you need to have a screw loose to take such insane actions, but if he felt accepted since childhood, maybe the screw would have never came loose.

I feel like its this society itself that makes these people go on rampages, the desensitizing violence in every day life here is grotesque and makes people see it like its a solution. Which of course it is not.

My first impression is the guy was just a grown up spoiled brat, and threw "fits" when frustrated. Considering his age and education, I wouldn't cut him any slack by blaming society, or saying
he grew up without empathy.
 
Whoever raised him I guess. Imo, he was frustrated there were things he wanted and couldn't figure how to get. My guess is that's what happens when you get things handed to you.To me he came off like, he felt entitled to those things. Just MY guess

Its possible, could be a combo of our 2 opinions + pet spoilers for all we know. If he legit has something unfixably wrong, was spoiled, and was screwed in the head by society, that seems like a perfect recipe for such disaster.
