Although I agree a 100 gal is too small for dovii. the similar appearing grammodes would work, although it would probably not allow any tankmates.
Or a pair of Parachromis motaguensis, there again a 100 gal would probably only be large enough for the pair
But thinking of other true Central Americans, any of the genus Thorichthys, Astatheros or Archocentrus would be a good fit, and a shoal of species, or a varied community may then be possible.
