Rare and hard to find plecos?

Blue Eyes don't come 2-4". Smallest they come is 6-7" if you're lucky enough to find them that small. Usually they come in at 12-14". For the size you are looking for go with scarlet and titanicus.

Why break in to a broke mans house when you can break in to a rich man's house...mrtoofay!! lol. He has like 5 of every pleco! I buy one pleco and I'm broke! Then I have to sell off some more fish to make my money back! lol.
 
So do you guys recommend to purchase plecos from if I was going to?

So far I know of snookn21 that has the green phathoms I'm thinking about since I haven't had lucky finding anything I want in a smaller size

You still want to break into tigerjace's house. He's got the smallest blue eye pleco I've ever seen! If you want small blue eyes, he's the man to steal!
 
Well I think I'm going to go with L200s from snookn. (The 2.5inch ones to grow them)

my last question is well they eat the eggs or fry of any other fish?

I've never seen it in person but I'm sure they do, plecos are opportunists...they will eat anything. It will happen when it's pitch dark when parents are in a trance/sleep.
 
So maybe leave the lights on? I took in my step dad's common pleco awhile back and I know as soon as my jewels laid any eggs he was all over it. But he was about a foot long. And a plec with an attitude. I'm hoping if I get a lot of driftwood and rocks added to the tank the hiding places will prevent it.
 
Also if you could just send me the plecos they insist I steal from you(blue eyes) ;) then I won't have to hire ninja.....it will save me some money :p

Leaving the lights on constantly could cause algae problems along with possibly stressing out your fish. Regardless of the size of the plecos or the added decor I wouldn't trust plecos around eggs.

If u can get l200 at 4 to 5" or better, do it, at 2 to 2.5" it will take forever to grow them.plus easily get stress and chance of death is higher. Ime, I rarely buy plecos less than 4 -5".
