Its 1 of the many variants of the petsmart kamfas. Ive bought probably around 12 of those guys at diff. Times to get a good 1.

Forgot to add, go to hybrid section and look at the chain stores red tex. sticky. That should help.

I agree, I'd bet my MFK account that it's not African. Looks like a hybrid. I'd guess FH x synspilum or something kinda like that. It definitely has Amphilophus in it. Perhaps lyonsi, but maybe just the typical trimac genes you'd find in a FH.

Now that you mention Red Texas, my brother has one and it does look a lot alike. I'll ask him to send me a pic and I'll post shortly.
