I've been gunning for Argentina to win from the start this time around only because they've got three of my club players from man city in the team and i knew England would crumble as always (im one of the few realistic England fans lol ;) )

Two mediocre teams play against each other in a knock out round... What would you expect? A tie? Duh!

True Brazil has 5 WC championships. But, 3 of them were won way back when there was hardly any competition. They won another in 1994 and 2002. In 1994 they won by penalty shootouts in the final vs Italy. They barely beat USA that world cup. So they did have some luck. In 2002 they had their best team ever. From there they have not been very good. I don't think they will make it that far. So far they have been given easy competition. There are other countries with 3 and 4 WC championships too, so Brazil is not some invincible powerhouse. Had Italy won in 1994 they would have the most WC championships.

Everybody barely beat USA.... Like Germany barely beat USA 1-0 in almost every World Cup... Perhaps, Belgium will barely beat USA this Tuesday by a goal, too, although I'm rooting for USA. Can you say the same, or you only come up after the game and talk tough?

If luck counts, why anyone bother to find or pay for top player... May just save all those money and buy all the lucky charm then... Funny how you discredit Brazil first 3 world cup, and forgot about Italy first 2 world cup that were won like 20 years before Brazil got their first. I bet there were a lot of competition on the 2nd and 3rd World Cup that were held back in the 30...

If Argentina/Belgium go to the final four, I win some money, more if they win the whole thing; but still not enough for me to cheer for them against US or Germany...

I am of course for Holland (I'm dutch) but try to keep it realistic and I think we can get to the half finals at least
Also I think USA will beat Belgium quite easy as I havent seen Belgium play any good match

You are not a part of the bandwagon and theres nothing wrong with bandwagons either. Its fun to see them fall. I just dont like when people look at a couple final scores and decide that team A is better then team B because of games against completely diff opponents. Taking nothing into account except for the final margin of victory.
