Costa Rica, Gekas was literally the only missed penalty cause everyone was shooting so well (a first in this cup as you'll know :D )
 
I thought Mediocre teams can't win? Well, we've been surprised. Both Brazil and The Netherlands nearly lost. Hopefully the bandwagoners will learn a thing or two.
 
To the Brazil bandwagoners -

True Brazil has 5 WC championships. But, 3 of them were won way back when there was hardly any competition. They won another in 1994 and 2002. In 1994 they won by penalty shootouts in the final vs Italy. They barely beat USA that world cup. So they did have some luck. In 2002 they had their best team ever. From there they have not been very good. I don't think they will make it that far. So far they have been given easy competition. There are other countries with 3 and 4 WC championships too, so Brazil is not some invincible powerhouse. Had Italy won in 1994 they would have the most WC championships.

Actually, Netherlands IS the largest bandwagon...but you're aware mexico is ranked in the top 20 right? Just a few spots behind Netherlands
