All they're showing is that a turbo diesel can burn off and waste a lot of excess fuel but it does get you more power. Its not proving or protesting anything. its just being stupid. A lot of people roll coal for the looks you get and they think its cool to show the power their trucks have. I've also seen people use it as a retaliation when an import or some high end car cuts them off, they fly up next to it, and just coat the car black with their exhaust
