Blood parrot red gills

As stated in topic, my juvenile blood parrots colours have been changing, in particular the gill area is a blood red. This sends immediate alarm bells in my head about parasites/flukes; pictures attached, please opine.

Do you have pictures of it before it started to fade.
Im guessing its just where the fish had pink color so wen it faded the color looks stronger in that area.
The fish will even out its color in time.

I dont think the fish is sick

at ease. it is normal developement of the fish. im quite sure of it.
