Can u guys help me point out what gender my fish is ?
I want to know if I have a potential pair or if I have to sell them

To me it looks female, the black color in the dorsal fin and the torpedo shaped profile are both female traits.

Not sure I understand??
My top pic is male, bottom female, and they did spawn.
Mine came as location variant "chairel" , and I acquired them as 1" juvies, in a bag of 20.
Grew them out a year, and let them choose partners, mostly by attrition, the male killed a bunch of rivals, and ended up alpha.
I usually don't put a just a random male and female together, almost always let them choose as a group.
I believe a fish can sense which fish is the best mate, and strongest individual to breed with, as opposed to me choosing. I may think one looks most beautiful, but overlook the invisible genetic flaws that fish somehow innately sense in choosing a partner.

Im not a fish to recognize their fishy detais nor can I see their vents, but by body shape alone, I say you have two males.

Try to find your closest clearest focus point on your camera. Test the range of your camera focus, n snap some cear pics of the vent.. This size for sure you can vent to tell gender.

with good care and age, they'll looking super stunning. They got it but depends on you to care for them
