Anyone into kung fu movies??

Finally got a chance to watch The Raid 2. I agree that the first one is better, but the second still had some amazing scenes and was very entertaining.
I've been slacking on the martial arts movies lately.

Joe Taslim was the team leader in the first movie, he has an extensive Judo background.
Ruhuian also has some Judo experience and liked seeing them work together. Hoped to see more :(

They can be corny, but I just love, "you know what, I'm going to kill you with my bare hands." scenes :D
 
Yayan was a beast.I like the way he just exploded on Taslim with punches and kicks.
 
One of the things that confused me with the second Raid movie was that Yayan was in it even though he was killed off in the first one.Then I learned that he was brought back as a different character....who also was killed lol.

lol, yea, that's always a curve ball. If it were to happen, I want to see him in the third! :D

I'd like to see more, with other styles included, doesn't have to be a Raid movie.
 
Yeah me too.I'm going to be on the lookout for Merentau...another film that he starred in.

I haven't heard of it, but Id see it. There are a couple movies I didn't realize Iko Uwais was in that I wouldn't mind seeing.

Just checked, he's in Merentau also! Was also in Man Of Tai Chi.
