Hi Guys,
So, abous three weeks back, I walk out to the channa tank in the morning and he's gone. Searched all around, only to find him below the bed in the drawing room, all dried up. I stretch my hand towards him and he starts wriggling. I was so happy. He's been out of water since like 3-4 hours minimum!
I added 3-4 Indian Almond Leaves and a lot of aeration in the tank. He was in the hiding always, looked dried. Spotted him after a week and this is how he looked:

Lost much of his scales on either sides of his belly and gill cover. Although he had a fall from about 2-3 ft, his gills and eyes were fine. What a relief.
Then he started getting the pigmentation marks by week3 after his fall:

Pigmentation marks on the healing channa is a good sign. He's finally accepting food and I'm feeding him regularly. No medication, no fancy stuff and he's all fine now. Hardy, isnt't he?
He wants to say HI to all of you:

Cheers,
Karthik
