pete not going to play with the guy, Seattle needs to protect the cap to keep Wilson come contract time. think he is being stupid and calls him out as not a team player. if he does not come back, he going to fade into mediocrity with another team.

Egos, why I quit coaching. It's babysitting grown men sometimes.

The contract could be restructured to not be a big salary cap hit (large signing bonus) but they won't.

I feel for the guy though as hes under paid for being the face of the franchise over the past 3 years and he knows hes at an age where RBs start to diminish and get dismissed and he just watched 3 other pivotal players cash in with new contracts and just wants a piece of the pie. Unfortunately his timing sucks as theres no way you reward this type of behavior as it sets a terrible example on a young team. Hopefully he ends it after 2 weeks like most players who have held on in the past.

Anyways i mention this days ago when we were talking about SF and Denver improving and Seattle standing pat

play or go, IMHO , would not re-tool, and i do not think they will, and he wants to have attitude? and not perform? there is always room on the bench.

Word up pops, I'll cosign that statement.

Why? Teams cut players if they refuse to restructure their contracts to take a pay cut. No one says "HONOR YOUR CONTRACT" to the teams who bully players into a paycut or cut them. Lynch is within his rights. I still dont think you should reward him but this is all none of our business IMO

no one asking him to take a pay cut, just honor the contract he signed 2 years ago. and is our business, this the NFL, what happens makes a diff to the fans. its all part of the game you signed on to play.

I am sure there some fantasy foot ball players with tight spinkters ATM.

I didnt say him. Are you really missing that teams dont honor the contract with the players far more often then players hold out?

Its business, screw fan perception. You'll still love him and forget all about it when hes beastmoding all over defenders come the reg season. i dont see SF fans yelling screw Crabtree for holding out as an unproven rookie! You won't forget but you will forgive. I just don't understand getting your panties in a bunch over another grown mans business/family decision
