My endli has one eye cloudy any ideas on why?

My endli only has one eye kinda cloudy and the other is fine idk what is causing it

It must have hit something? Or dirty water. Those two are the main reason for cloudy eyes . Do wc. Add salt. Raise a temp a bit. Around 88 or so. Or go the lfs and ask for medicine . Hope it heal up soon!

What are the tank mates? Tank size? filtration? How often do you do water changes?

A baby armatus and two baby african knife fish in a 20 gal grow out and I have a cascade 700 thrown on there I just changed the substrate and I didn't wash it as good as I thought so it was cloudy for the night but it cleared up now

And when I say baby armatus I mean 2 1/2" small so I doubt it was him
