Yeah, I wondered why she was in the parking lot in that field. A chance encounter would at least be inside the restaurant. Then again she knew where she worked since she was spreading rumors about her and the boss

you'll never know what people are capable of. and there's always a danger involved in intervening. maybe one person didn't fight back because the other had a weapon, who knows? since I have a wife and kids to think about I may not intervene if I see a fight either. but i'd have definitely have called 911 at least. I've seen people try to break up fights and get clocked.

i'm not sure i'd jump to the conclusion that she was looking for a confrontation.

maybe she lives close by (walking distance) and was picking up food for her kid? she also works there so maybe she gets a discount. maybe when she showed up, she saw the aggression from the other chick, and was trying to leave with her kid to avoid a confrontation. we don't know.

I just would like to think she didn't go looking for trouble and bring her two year old along

well I was speaking in general terms.

in this particular incident, yea i'd have stepped in. I don't know about literally tackling bertha but I would intervene

but yea, if it's one on one and one person is obviously done, I may not necessarily physically get involved but i'd be trying to get the other person to stop the assault.

a group fight,..........i'd bust out the popcorn then call the cops, or call the cops then bust out the popcorn.

Why not? You could become an internet sensation. The brave asian that flew into action, risking bodily harm to take down a thug gang member who was selling drugs out the drive thru window. I can see the memes already. Maybe you'd have an auto tuned theme song too

well, that does has "viral" written all over it

but if my intention is to be an Asian internet sensation I'd literally run up and wwe style drop kick the assailant in the face and bone out faster than Usain Bolt only to stop at the corner to do Bolt's victory pose, then disappear into the woods like a ninja would
