Naw, go for it, e! The photo alone showed too much info., such as What are all those brown splotches on the lower walls??let's just say having a beer belly does not help at all.

There are reasons large toilet bowls were invented. that hole in the floor is downright scary.
how are the old or infirm or unbalanced supposed to do? I can only imagine, when the train takes a curve. and don't even say that "handle bar" is sufficient. the crapper is not supposed to be like a ferris wheel or roller coaster ride.

Interestingly, one of the bigger problems in upscale public bathrooms in China is that many older people from the countryside is so used to the crouching method, they would stand straddled across the rim of the toilet seat and crouch and do their business instead of sitting down on the rim.
