It`s a type of microalgae that is packed with micro and macro nutrients. I don`t remember everything i have read about it, but it`s considered to be a so called "superfood".

Cool. How is it fed ? Or how do u feed it in what form?

I buy it as powder, and mix it together With other ingredients, like mussels, herring, market shrimp, cod, pollock, some kind of carnivore pellets, and so on... Grind it and add some agar-agar to keep it together in plates.
