He might mean has she lay any eggs yet , some females take longtime to breed , so people think they not fertile ,when all female's are fertile

Yeah maybe so im having that problem with 2 3.5inch female mallua in with 2 4inch male mallua and one male texas they only seem to just care about eating and thats it
