It is being nipped by my Pacu but barely, it was in excellent condition at my LFS, just a small tank

It may be stressed out. If its being picked on I would separate fish. Hate to see you lose a lungfish because of stress caused by a pacu

I agree .... Eat the pacu and see if the lung fish improves

Sorry if I haven't updated in a while. I just got the divider up giving the lungfish a third of the tank, I will post another update soon
OK so lungfish is doing amazing! Starting to eat shrimp and massivore, fins are slowly growing back. Thank you guys for all your help!
