Best method to heat a 4000 litre pond

That's exactly wot I have a have 100mm insulation boards ceiling and walls them foil back heat shield over top of that, I then have a oil filled radiator on a thermostat to keep temp level in fish house

How big is the volume of water you heat? How effective and how expensive? Sorry for the 50billion questions lol

I have a 2000 litre pond which has the 3 heaters in the filter plus I have a 250g tank and four 4x2 tanks, none of the tank's have heaters in them and they all keep there temp at about 27-28. Summer time oil rad don't even come on but last few weeks it's been kicking in to maintain the room temperature. Can't really give u cost coz not worked it out but it's got to be cheaper then running heaters in all of the tanks. Insulation is the key, keep the heat in as much as u can.
