Wet sand it then do a 3 stage polish removes everything and makes your tank almost show. But if you cant white vineger cleans hardwater nicely just rinse it out twice after

So what's the best way to clean acrylic?

Baking soda works great to clean all tanks glass or acrylic... if you only paid $225 for that tank you got a awesome deal, but are you sure you have a doorway big enough to get it in the house? a 3' wide tank will not fit through your average door!!!

Hey thanks for the tips. I'll use baking soda, maybe vinegar water. Tomorrows project. Yes I got a dual glass sliding door and a staircase big enough to get this tank downstairs. Tanks 4' wide, 32" tall. Just shy of what I was told

I'm going to stop the lies, I ended up paying 265$ for the three tanks. I had to give the guy a little more for helping me get it out of the basement...what a mission that was

No problem just wetsanded and buffed my 30g my jaw dropped after it was done looked almost new

Aha I know, but large tanks go cheaply in Ontario if you look. There was a free 240 gallon last week but it was a 6 hour drive

I like using Novus to polish up my show tanks. My other 'go to' product is the 3M headlight cleaning kit you can pick up at any local car parts store.
