Petsmart clown loach sale

I've been thinking to go and pick up a hand full if the sale is here too but they grow so slow not sure what i will do with them. I don't like having a bunch of tanks up and running, i like just the one and maybe a grow out if i need it.
 
I think the problem with petsmart vs petco is their feeding efforts. All ive ever seen fed at petsmart is the feeder blocks that are white that people buy for vacation. I think most of their fish are starving and weak. They also have horrible water that smells bad.id love to see their water tests. Petco feeds brine shrimp into their tanks. But lately ive seen ich on their fish too. So im at a standstill on both places til they get something worthy of a long quarantine.

Just to remind you guys, ick is like the common cold virus. When you are stressed/weak/sick etc , that's when you are susceptible to catching a cold. The cold virus is everywhere all the time. This is EXACTLY THE SAME with ick. Ick is always in your water. Yes even in the water out of your tap. However strong healthy fish do not develop it. Just wanted to share this not to defend any stores, but rather warn people not to get lulled into a false security that "this store is good, it doesn't have ick". Dan by the same token, some stores feed and keep the water in good shape foe their fish, thus not selling weak and infected fish.

Eh my petsmart just got an entirely new tank system and filtration setup probably have some of the cleanest tanks in my area at this point :P. Sadly I missed the FFA on their old tanks....
 
Petsmart in my area is a pretty good store. Healthy fish and good looking water.
