IMO you need to double your filtration at least , and do 50% WC every week to even have a chance with that stock and even then that many parrots is pushing it (just my thoughts)

I'd get rid of all the parrots and just have 2 aros and the sevs with 50-60% weekly changes. And what do you mean by "sucker fish"? That term could apply do a large number of fish over multiple families such as Cyprinids, Catostomids, and Loricariids.

It's called a pleco- it's gonna grow a lot more- and those two silvers are gonna gain another foot or so in length so it won't look so empty later on. I mean or you could just up your water change and filtration game? Or maybe add some nice driftwood and hard scape to fill up space.
